Do anyone know about VISCO supplementation for treating CHD? My friend told me that this treatment requires ongoing injections as benefits are only temporary. Is this true?

My dog has no problem when it comes to running about in the park everyday. But once she gets settled at home after being out and about she really struggles badly to get up off the ground back onto her. What will be the problem? Is she ok ? Do I need to consult a veterinarian.
